KetofolDoc provides non-commercial educational question banks and active recall tools for anesthesia postgraduate residents and examination candidates across ketofoldoc.com and its subdomains. We prioritize candidate privacy and collect only the data necessary to provide synchronized study tools.

We collect and process minimal account and usage data:
- Authentication Information: When signing in with Google OAuth or Email/Password, we process your email address, unique user ID (UID), and basic display name to identify your account.
- Study & Progress Data: Selected multiple-choice responses, cumulative accuracy metrics, active deck pointers, and bookmarked questions.
3. How Your Data Is Stored
Authentication and cross-device synchronization are powered by Google Firebase. Data is partitioned into isolated cloud database records secured by server-side rules. Unauthenticated guest sessions remain stored strictly within your browser's local storage and are never transmitted to external servers.
4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing
We do not sell, monetize, rent, or share candidate data with third-party advertisers or commercial entities. Cloud infrastructure is handled strictly through Google Cloud and Firebase according to their standard enterprise security protocols.
5. Data Deletion & Account Requests
Candidates can clear local cache data at any time via browser settings or request the complete deletion of their cloud synchronization records by contacting the administrator.
